Vincent Valentino studied sustainable business and economics at Ohio State University. Prior to graduating, he worked on the City of Columbus’ five-year sustainability plan under the city’s environmental steward. After graduating and working as an energy analyst and a state organizer for the Environmental Defense Fund, Vincent began working as sustainability manager for Land-Grant Brewing in late 2016. Pulling from his diverse academic and professional background, he is building out a data-driven sustainability program to ensure Land-Grant’s future growth is environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and economically viable.
