Zach Bodah is the quality manager at Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. After receiving a degree in evolutionary biology from the University of New Hampshire, he studied Brewing Science & Engineering with the American Brewers Guild. He began his brewing career at The Portsmouth Brewery in New Hampshire as an assistant brewer, and has been with Allagash Brewing since 2009.
