Shawn Theriot has been the Quality Assurance Manager for Deschutes Brewery in Bend Oregon since 2006. He has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 20-years now and got his start as a QA Technician with the Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Co. in Portland Oregon. Shawn is an active member of the Master Brewing Association of the Americas (MBAA), American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) and the Craft Brewers Glass Quality Group. Shawn holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from Kansas State University.
