Adam Benner started brewing as a hobby in 2009 and it quickly escalated into a lifestyle. Originally from Cleveland, he studied at the Siebel Institute while living in Chicago. After a successful Kickstarter campaign and an extensive real-estate search (with one landlord breaching the lease immediately), Adam finally opened Land-Grant Brewing Company in Columbus in October 2014. Over the past two years, he has leaned heavily on his diverse professional background of project management, financial analysis, and operational and technology improvements as president of Land-Grant.
