After attending Mesa College in Grand Junction, Colo., Dana joined BIRKO Corporation in 1979 and began calling on the brewing industry in 1995. A homebrewer since 1989, Dana has authored numerous articles for Zymurgy, The New Brewer, and other brewery trade publications. Dana is on the Brewers Association Safety subcommittee and is the current president of the MBAA (Master Brewers Association of the Americas) Rocky Mountain District.
