Cheri Chastain is sustainability manager at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Cheri has been with the company for nine years and is responsible for educating employees on environmental issues and programs, and maintaining current policies and projects. She works on new project development as it relates to renewable energy management, managing zero waste efforts, researching and implementing alternative fuel options, and working toward water conservation and reuse. Cheri is a member of the City of Chico’s Sustainability Task Force, is the Brewers Association Sustainability subcommittee co-chair, and is a board member of the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council. Cheri has a bachelor’s and master’s in environmental geography.
