Mary Pellettieri has worked extensively in the beer and beverage industries for more than 25 years as a quality manager, R&D specialist, and risk assessor. Formerly working with Goose Island Brewery and MillerCoors, Mary was active in the MBAA and served as president until 2014. She actively consults for small breweries while getting her own brand, Top Note Tonics, started in the non-alcoholic mixer market. Mary is the author of Quality Management: Essential Planning for Breweries, published in 2015 by Brewers Publications. Her unique viewpoint as a brewer and as a soft-drink/food producer gives her insight into the new FSMA regulations. Mary was also recently appointed as the first safety instructor for the Brewers Association.
