HOPS-MEISTER  is a family farm located in Northern California specializing in Sustainably Grown and Certified Organic hops.   Established in 2004, HOPS-MEISTER'S Estate Grown hops include several favorite brewing varieties in addition to its two proprietary California Heirloom varieties, Ivanhoe(R) and Gargoyle(R), which have been unavailable commercially for the past 50 years.   HOPS-MEISTER now also offers numerous varieties imported directly from the famous Hallertau region in southern Germany.
