Located in Holland, MI,  Fogg has designed and manufactured filling systems as well as related equipment for specific applications internationally for over 60 years. We endeavor to combine skilled craftsman with innovative management to offer our customers a quality team.  Fogg is now proudly making a carbonated filler that will be on display this year at the Craft Brewers Conference. This machine features double pre-evacuation with intermediate CO2 purging (flushing) before filling. The combination of an analogue probe for the filling tank level and modulating valve ensures gentle handling of the product and better control of undesired foaming. It will fill 355ml (12oz) glass beer bottles at approximately 25-46 bottles per minute. It caps the bottles with a metal crown cap that has been sorted by the attached belt sorting system. This machine can be adjusted per your specifications and fills anything from still or carbonated water to beer and wine. Fogg also offers non-carbonated machinery perfect for distilling. These machines range in size from 3 ft. filling bowls to 12 ft. filling bowls and range in speeds ranging from 10-1200 bottles per minute.
