Established in 2014, the Fermentation Science Institute supports educational, research and outreach activities in fermentation, including our MBAA recognized 4-year degree in Fermentation Science. Nestled at the edge of campus and the university farms, new state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities include a pilot brewery and distillery. The Institute also operates a T.T.B. certified fee-for-service laboratory providing commercial analysis of wine, beer and distilled spirits.
