Carolyn Burke is the first director of human resources for Russian River Brewing Company and has been with the organization since September 2015. Prior to joining the craft beer industry, Carolyn worked with successful family-owned companies in the winery, agriculture, retail, restaurant, hotel/resorts, and hospitality realms. She received her B.S. in business management from CSU Long Beach and serves on the Sonoma County Employer Advisory Council, which plans and provides HR education seminars for local businesses, as well as the executive committee for the Craft Beer HR Group.
