Pat Gerhart joined Deschutes Brewery in 2004 as HR director with a goal of building the brewery into the employer of choice in Central Oregon. Pat oversees functions such as training, coaching, communication, benefit development, and legal requirements from an HR perspective, and how to celebrate the culture of craft beer.
