Christina Strange has more than a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She began her career in 2004 with BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, where her knowledge and love for craft beer began. Starting as a server, Christina ultimately worked as a regional trainer assisting with opening four locations across the West Coast. Four years later, she transitioned to Darden Restaurants to pursue a management career. After gaining seven years of management experience, she was eager to get back to her love of craft beer. In 2013, Christina jumped at the opportunity to be a part of growing the Karl Strauss Brewing Company brand, opening their newest brewpub as a part of the management team. As general manager, she oversees more than a hundred team members in her brewpub. Additionally, she conducts training for all new Karl Strauss managers in San Diego.
