James is director of operations for Salt Lake Brewing Company, a pub restaurant and brewery cooperative with six pub locations and one beer production and packaging facility in the state of Utah. The company’s popular pub locations include the original Squatters in downtown Salt Lake City, Squatters at Salt Lake International Airport and Squatters Roadhouse Grill in Park City.
Since joining the company in 2001, James has integrated the “triple bottom line” economic philosophy of people, planet, profit, by greatly reducing costs and increasing net gains, while simultaneously reducing the company’s waste streams and leading the charge in community outreach and philanthropy. James has spearheaded invaluable partnerships with local businesses and non-profit organizations on behalf of Salt Lake Brewing Company.
