Dr. Nicole Garneau is a taste scientist and sought-after public speaker who brings flavor science to the table. She has had the honor of being an invited presenter at MileHigh TEDx, the Great American Beer Festival, the Big Beers Festival, and numerous scientific conferences. She is the co-author of the Beer Flavor Map and co-founder of the sensory software DraughtLab. From her research in determining the way a person’s DNA affects taste, to the interplay of the senses in flavor, to the complex interaction of food and beverage pairings, @DocGarneau makes science personally relevant.
