Mike Schnebeck began his career in craft beer just a few months after his 21st birthday as a bartender at Porter’s Pub in San Diego, Calif. After several years of tasting his way through the world of craft beer, a series of fortunate events led him to the role of head brewer at Mill Valley Beerworks in 2011. Here he both discovered and honed his brewing craft, relying largely on his own research and experimentation. In 2013, he took on the role of opening head brewer at Fort Point Beer Company, where he currently oversees production. His favorite beers are dry, balanced, and easily attainable.
