Over the last year, Morgan and his team have identified over $200 million in incremental profit opportunities for clients by identifying best practice Pricing and Promotion principles, and optimal Assortment strategies. Prior to joining Nielsen, Morgan led Trade Strategy and Insights across Coca-Cola’s Total Beverage Portfolio, responsible for the efficient allocation of its trade spend and the reinvention of its pricing architecture.
