Mike Hiller is the head brewer at Strangeways Brewing in Richmond, Va. In August 2017, he will mark his 20th year in the craft brewing industry. Over those years, Mike has been a brewer, cellarperson, distributor, brewery owner, and salesperson, and has built three new breweries. In more recent years as a head brewer, he has focused on mixed fermentation, barrel aging, and experimenting with exotic ingredients and brewing techniques.
