Dennis Kramer-Wine joined Rhinegeist Brewery as distribution director when it opened in 2013, self-distributing beer in the Cincinnati area. Since then, he has directed a 30-person team in Cincinnati and Columbus, organizing the distribution of more than 55,000 barrels of beer and cider last year. He recently shifted his focus and took on the role of chief culture architect to further push the efforts of permanently changing the lives of the employees who have made Rhinegeist a recognizable brand across the U.S.
