Jeff Zielinski is operations manager at Old Ox Brewery, overseeing the guest experience. He served as a bartender when the doors first opened in 2014 and quickly became the tasting room manager. Jeff has more than 20 years of restaurant experience, bringing his training and hospitality skills to the brewery to create a guest-first atmosphere. He is a community advocate, collaborating with local business to serve the tasting room’s needs or conducting fundraisers for charities in the area.
