Dan Kopman is a co-founder and former CEO of The Saint Louis Brewery. Raised in St. Louis, Dan has a degree in economics from Kenyon College in Ohio (1983) and an MSc in policy studies from Edinburgh University (1993). Dan was a trainee at Young’s Brewery in London, worked at Scottish Brewers in Edinburgh in marketing, and then returned to Young’s working in brewing, packaging, domestic, and export sales from 1984 to 1991. Dan and Tom Schlafly opened The Schlafly Tap Room in 1991.
